Dr. Schroeder was born in Bucharest, Romania, and graduated from Carol Davila University of Medicine and Pharmacy with a DDS degree in 1994. After moving to the United States, she completed her second professional dental degree, DMD, from Boston University in 1999. After graduating Dr. Schroeder worked full time in private practice in Massachusetts. She then moved with her husband to start a family in Texas. 

Throughout her career Dr. Schroeder continued her education in cosmetic dentistry, advanced implant placement, orthodontics and sleep apnea (for children and adults), and neuromuscular dentistry. Her passion is to use these principles to create a natural, beautiful, and harmonious smile. She believes that true facial beauty is a balance between the teeth, lips, muscles, nerves and jaw joint.

On a personal note, Dr Schroeder enjoys traveling with her husband and daughter, outdoor activities, crafts, music, and ballroom dancing.
