Dr. Andrew Weber received a pre-dental scholarship from Eastern Illinois University and was admitted into dental school after his junior year of college. He graduated with honors from Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine in 1998. He practiced general dentistry for a year before entering a residency at St. Louis University where he received his Master’s degree and specialty certificate in Periodontics in 2002.
After graduating, Dr. Weber became an Associate Clinical Professor in Periodontics at Southern Illinois University, School of Dental Medicine and for periodontal residents at St. Louis University. He started Periodontics of O’Fallon in Missouri in 2002 with a focus on Periodontal Medicine, Oral Plastic Surgery, Dental Implant Therapy, Conscious Sedation, Laser Therapy, and Digital Imaging. He was honored to be chosen by his peers as a top Dentist each year since 2007. He is a member of numerous professional organizations and became a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology in 2005. Dr. Weber started the Greater St. Charles Dental Study Club in 2009, served on the Fluoridation committee for the Missouri Dental Association, and was as an examiner for parenteral moderate sedation for the Missouri Dental Board. He has given numerous lectures related to his speciality throughout the greater St. Louis, the Midwest, and San Antonio. He has given back to the local Leukemia Lymphoma Society and the Ferrari Kid. He leads the Spear Study Club in San Antonio where they meet monthly to review complicated cases among highly trained dentists and specialists.
Dr. Andrew Weber grew up in the small, farming community of Teutopolis, Illinois. In 1995, he married his high school sweetheart and love of his life, Lea, and they have 2 children, Presley and Peyton, and an adopted old Yorki named Portia. He and his wife are music fans and see a variety of performances and concerts when possible. He enjoys playing guitar, making music, and being active.
