Dr. Anaclaudia Oviedo received her dental degree in 2014 from San Martin de Porres university, one of the top dental schools in Lima, Peru. After a year of clinical practice, she was accepted into a master’s program in Periodontics in the same university, where she learned her expertise in prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of periodontal disease.
In 2020, Dr. Oviedo moved to the United States and in 2023 was admitted into an advanced standing international program at Rutgers school of dental medicine in New Jersey. She graduated in 2025 and became fully licensed to practice dentistry in the US, and brings with her a wealth of global training and expertise.
Dr. Oviedo is passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-care centered in general dentistry, and has a strong emphasis on periodontal health. She is committed to lifelong learning and staying at the forefront of advances in dentistry.
Originally from Lima, Peru, Dr. Oviedo was also a professional dancer in her home country and has an active lifestyle outside the office. She loves hiking, biking, and staying fit at the gym, and also has a passion for reading. She is married to an ICU physician and shares her home with two lovely dogs, Aura and Lima.
