When losing weight, you will reduce or eliminate of all sugars and carbs, which will be a perfect nutritional change in your teeth. Limiting the amount of sugar and carbs you eat, will decrease the number of cavities and decrease the risk of tooth decay. It also gives your enamel a chance to get stronger.
