Composite Bonding

Composite bonding is an easy and cost-effective way to repair decayed, damaged, or discolored teeth. Other common problems treated with composite bonding include:

Chipped or cracked teeth
Gapped or unevenly-spaced teeth
Crowded or crooked teeth
Misshapen or irregularly-sized teeth

The bonding process involves the use of composite resin, a putty-like material that resembles the color of tooth enamel. To begin, we choose the appropriate shade of composite resin and prepare the tooth. After the tooth has been properly prepared, Dr. Andrew Weber will place and sculpt the composite resin, until we achieve the desired shape. Next, we will use a curing light to harden and bond the material to the tooth. As a finishing touch, we polish the composite resin to match the sheen of your natural enamel.

Porcelain Veneers

Porcelain veneers are thin-shells that fit over the front surface of the teeth. Much like composite bonding, veneers are used to correct minor and major cosmetic issues. However, veneers may be a better choice for patients in need of a stronger, more esthetically-pleasing option. To place a veneer, we have to remove a very small amount of enamel for the front of the tooth. Next, we will take an impression of the tooth and send it to the dental laboratory. At the lab, they will use the impression to fabricate your veneer. Once the veneer is ready, we will permanently bond it to the tooth using a special adhesive.

Dental Implants

Dental implants have revolutionized the way we treat missing teeth. An implant-supported restoration will look, feel, and function just like your natural teeth. Most dental implants consist of three parts: an implant screw, an abutment, and a restoration. The implant screw is made of titanium and surgically placed into the jawbone. Once it fuses to the bone through the process of osseointegration, we will place the abutment (support structure). The abutment links the implant screw to the restoration. These days, implants can be used to support a single crown, fixed bridge, or an entire arch of prosthetic teeth. If you are need of a tooth replacement, our cosmetic dentists highly recommend dental implants!

Teeth Whitening

Tooth discoloration is one of the most common concerns for our patients, which is why we offer professional whitening treatment. Professional whitening treatment involves the use of a highly concentrated bleaching agent and dental trays. During treatment, you will keep the bleaching agent and tray in your mouth for an extended period. Once the time is up, we will replace the bleach and repeat the process. This is done until we achieve the desired effect. Professional whitening treatment can brighten your smile by up to eight shades!
